Individual session
With a collaborative approach we will seek positive change in thoughts, emotions and behaviours to gain insight into your challenges and enhance coping strategies to improve wellbeing and quality of life.
$180 per 50 minutes
Family session
Family therapy helps family members strengthen relationships and manage conflicts, improving how they interact and relate to one another to foster change, build understanding, and enhance overall family well-being together.
$200 per 50 minutes
Payment is accepted by credit card on file through jane app, debit or credit by payment terminal or e- transfer or cash. Social Work Services are tax deductible as a medical expense.
